7-Day Easy Return Policy:

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn, unwashed, unused

  • With all original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, we will share the complete return instructions.
Please note: Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues:

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately if:

  • You received a damaged item

  • You received the wrong product

  • There is any manufacturing defect

We’ll review the issue and resolve it at the earliest.

Important Notice – Unboxing Video Required:

To ensure smooth support:

  • Please record a clear unboxing video while opening your package.

  • Claims related to missing, damaged, or wrong items cannot be processed without video proof.

  • Do not accept delivery if the package is tampered, open, or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased on sale 

  • Perishable or limited-edition custom items (if applicable)

Exchanges:

If you need a different size or product, the fastest method is to:

  1. Request a return for the existing item

  2. Once approved and processed, place a new order.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank and card processing times may vary.
